That HWK looks like a duck with that yellow nose.

I don't like that turret on the top, I prefer the default HWK.

Paint scheme is nice and well painted (Grey/white+blue, Don't like that huge bit of yellow in the nose)

I (obviously) personally prefer the turret there and it being 'offset' (like on a Bradley AFV)

Also as i said, its supposed to look like a beak.

As for the game for a painting mat, no i wasnt painting on it, it was just to hand for putting the ships on to take a pic, thought it looks a little better than the sofa....

(not that i was using the sofa as a mat.. ).

Love the paint-job, and I like the turret conversion too - I'm still in the process of stripping my hwk, you've inspired me to move the turret too.
The HWK is a ship that begs for a fresh lick of paint (that brown is nasty!)
