So maybe a dumb question but according to the card it sounds like if I have anti pursuit lasers equipped on my ship and an enemy ship overlaps with a maneuver template then I roll the dice for the them is that correct? Or do they get to roll the dice?

you roll the dice, not them.

Also note that it only triggers if the ship 'Overlaps' it does not trigger if the movement template goes though and the ship clears the other ship entirely.

Ya I just read the part about only activating if the ship is touching not if the maneuver template overlaps. Thanks for the info. I've played for a good year now but sometimes I run across a card I'm not super familiar with and it stumps me haha.
