Extremely good on an attack 2 ship - but not so for an attack 3 ship...

Besides, it would be silly for a mango to turn blanks into hits. Although I suppose it could be firing concussion mangoes, but those are so hard to grow that it would be really infeasible as a weapons system.

The formatting for the text makes no sense. The second line is way too long to fit in the card. If that's what the rule was it would look like:

Well we can all assume flechete is something that gives stress to non-hull tanks. Possibly a lower hull value such as 3 for stress, but that is just speculation.
