The Injured Pilot critical says this: "All players must ignore your pilot ability and all of your (pilot skill) upgrade cards."

Does it mean simply that the player loose the use of his special ability and the Elite Skills cards?

Yep, that's exactly what it means.

It´s what I supposed, but a player said "Others ignore my cards, but not me" which I thought it´s not right.

Is there something about this card in a FAQ or in another post with an answer from the official staff?

Maybe it means that the abilities can be used, but all the players are forced to not notice it, as they MUST ignore it. This Orwellian Future of thought control and double think has arrived, meaning that you are compelled to disregard the very nature of the universe, evidence before you, and even the thoughts in your own head. A game where all of life is but a lie, and out existence is but an illusion, briefly here and then gone, forgotten by a hideous bureaucracy where humanity dies and replaced by mere simulacrum.
