Say we only have one undamaged viper left in the game, and as a result, I activate the 'Command' location as Lee Adama. Once I place the viper on the board, I then have one action left. Am I correct in thinking that I could then activate Lee Adama's CAG ability, and activate 6 times with that viper?
CAG special ability w/ Scenario
Command gives you two viper activations; not two actions. So you could not use Lee's CAG as it requires an Action.
You could place the Viper and then either move that Viper or Attack with it. But you could only use CAG if you had a spare Action left.

No, that's not correct, but you can do this:
1. You activate command with Lee. This allows you to activate two vipers.
2. You activate one of the vipers already on the board (move or attack)
3. You launch the last remaining viper and use Lee's Alert Viper Pilot to pilot that viper yourself. This gives you another action.
4. You ues the action from Alert Viper Pilot to use Lee's CAG action.

No, that's not entirely correct.
It was stated that there is only 1 Viper left in the game. If Lee Jumps into it with his Alert Viper Pilot Ability, he will gain one additional action. However, he can't activate CAG as there are no more unmanned Vipers left (since he just manned the last one).
Depending on positioning he could probably use his CAG ability to activate it 4 times, land it on Galactica as the 5th action, then launch it as the 6th action and jump into it and take an action using his alert viper pilot ability. That seems a little broken, but if there is only 1 viper left you probably need all the help you can get.
You can't land an unmanned viper (other than via jumping the fleet).

You are only allowed to do 1 of 3 things with Viper Activations:
- Launch it from teh reserves (if available) into one of the 2 spaces marked
- Move it to an adjacent space section
- Attack with it.
Landing an unmanned Viper is not a legal option. And landing a Piloted one is only possible during the Move phase (and not the Action phase) and will cost you a Skill card discard for moving between ships.
