This is because of Alex:: and his face down cards. Do face down cards in the card pool count as non-attack cards, if they are not multiples but just cards that were placed there?
Face down cards count as non-attack cards
if a face down is not a multiple (or otherwise a copy) and is just a card that was flipped facedown, then it is "blank"
No card type. No difficulty. No control. No block modifier. Etc.
So yes, it is a "non-attack" card since it is definately not an attack card.
