Action card

By Mordai, in UFS Rules Q & A

Hello, this is something we've been discussing lately in my playgroup

If you fail to play and action card during the enhance phase, does your combat phase end after the attack resolves? And does the failed action remain in the cardpool or does it go to the discard pile?

Your combat phase does not end, since you are not failing a from of any sort, and it goes to the discard pile the same as though you'd failed a block.

To go further, you are not failing a from FROM YOUR HAND

You can form with Dancing Battler Kabuki and fail the CC and your turn does not end. (someone please correct me if i am wrong)

Yup.

Failing a Response or Enhance from your hand will not end your combat phase, regardless.

Any failed card will be discarded, except for stuff like KFT and Tag Along response where part of the cost is RFGing the card.

Correct. 8.1 specifies a migration to end of turn if failure occures, where as 8.2 does not.
