Kevin, more Innsmouth Horror rules questions!

By Solan, in Arkham Horror Second Edition

1. The Innsmouth rulebook says that thanks to the brutal Innsmouth cops, even Investigators who aren't normally delayed get delayed when arrested by them. But it says NOTHING about Investigators who can't normally be arrested, like Mark Harrigan or Wendy with an Elder Sign. There's a big player debate going on under the "Innsmouth Rules" thread about whether those investigators can be arrested in Innsmouth or not, so a ruling by you would be most appreciated.

2. Also, does the "Blue Flu" headline that frees Investigators in jail affect those in jail in Innsmouth?

3. In the Martial Law section, it says Sneak check, but in the example it says Evade check. Which is it to avoid the Innsmouth law, a Sneak or an Evade check?

Ha ha, poor Kevin. It isn't even out yet and we are already bugging him. It would be good to know these. The work of a game designer is never done!

I imainge Kevin would agree, Graksnor. Those who are good at their job always find themselves buried in work.

1. NO. It's Innsmouth.

2. NO. It's Innsmouth.

3. NO. It's Innsmouth.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Those are all excellent questions for which non-Kevins simply have opinions, not answers.
