1) Are you able to use your fate to reroll the command spell?
2) If you kill a player with the command spell, do you get to take any of their objects/followers/gold? If not, what happens to them?

#1: Yes
#2: No. They drop to where that character died, since there is no way AFAIK that he can die to a Command Spell cast by you on the CoC. When 2 (or more) chars are on the CoC, nobody casts the Command Spell, instead they have slugfest (or brainfest in some cases).
