So for our regional, I played Tira for Teams; no Chun-Li sandbag or anything!
Since then (all of two days, ha), I've changed the deck up a little, just tinkering with it; I actually originally built the deck the day of the tournament, and, in fact, did so in the registration/decklist portion of the day. From memory, the orignal was...

I couldn't use iSpin, sadly.
I reworked it a bit today (while everyone else was playing, hah, and it's a bit chunkier, but I like the general foundation base a bit better; Counter the Assault, Stand Off, Shooting Capoeira, and the above foundations. Deck is about 68 cards, though, and is running 6 2-checks (iSpin and Menuett).

I couldn't find my Heel Snipes, that's why =/
Anyway, it's not too bad. I'll be cutting Counter the Assualt, because, as amusing as it is, it's not worth it in this particular deck; biggest pump I got was a +5. Stand Off is a hidden gem, but the tech MVP of the deck is definitely Driven by Fear; it takes things to a whole new level. I also couldn't find my Perfect Sense of Balance, so I didn't use those, either.
I may well cut Abelia's, since it wasn't hugely useful. However, I could instead take out Return to Southtown for one more copy of Abelia's, thinning the overall count by a total of 2. Everything else was fine. I somehow managed to make up for my fantastic checking yesterday by checking spectacularly badly today =D
I may keep this deck on hand as something fun/semi-competitive to play with, and tune it a bit, so that it's relatively polished come August. Who knows? I might play Tira for Worlds =/
