Dunwich horrors replacement cards

Hi all. I just bought Dunwich expansion today, and I noticed that this includes some replacement cards for some of the base games cards.

Problem is, I now have 8 identical Flesh Wards (spells), and 4 identical Lanterns (common items). I now have two different healing stones though. Did I get wrong cards with the expansion or am I just missing something? Manual said that I should just replace the old ones with the new ones. Btw the new replacement cards dont have that "Dunwich" logo on them to make them apart, but I assume they shouldnt have?

I now have these cards:

1) 1x Healing stone - (Upkeep: Exhaust to gain 1 stamina or 1 sanity) Discard this card if the ancient one awakens.

2) 1x Healing stone - (Upkeep: You may gain 1 stamina or 1 sanity) Discard healing stone if the ancient one awakens.

4 x lantern: 3$, +1 to luck checks

8 x Flesh Ward: Casting modifier: -2, sanity cost: 1. Magical spell. Any phase: cast and exhaust to ignore all stamina loss being dealt to you from one source. Discard this card if the ancient one awakens.

What kind of cards should the replacements be? I assume that they should be somehow different if they are supposed to be replacements.. And which one of my healing stones is now the replacement? They dont have that Dunwich logo on them so I dont know anymore which one was the new one. :P

If I had wrong cards, whats the proper way to fix this, just contact FFG my email? Or am I just too stupid to figure something out here. Thx in advance. :)

Ah, could it be that my base game is so new, that it allready included these "new cards"? Revised edition with updated cards. That would explain this and would mean that I just leave the new cards unused.

IIRC, both Dunwich and the revised Arkham have the updated items, although their wordings might be slightly different from each other.

Lantern is supposed to cost $3 and say "+1 to Luck checks."

Healing Stone is supposed to say "Discard when the AO awakens." I don't know if it's supposed to say whether it needs to be exhausted to be used, but you should only be able to heal one point with it per upkeep.

Flesh Ward is supposed to cost 1 sanity and prevent stamina loss (as opposed to 0 sanity cost and prevent all sanity and stamina loss). It should also say to discard when the AO awakens.

Jenny Barnes is supposed to have 2 common items. Bob Jenkins is supposed to have $9. You should only have one revised copy.

Also of note: Wilson Richards has 4 focus, and does not spend focus to move his sliders. You will not have a revised sheet for him though.
