I have the CoCLCG and all the available decks. I also realized I had bought two boxes of CoCCCG Eldritch Edition some time ago, and have gleefully included them in my decks.... I'm not concerned about the different backs as I only play causally (so far). A friend of mine mentioned that these cards are banned from organized play as unbalanced. Is this true? Or are just the 'Banned Cards" listed in the FAQ unplayable and the rest are OK?

there were a few banned cards from EE. as for casual play you can do whatever you want. it probably helps if everyone comes to an agreement though. id say some cards from EE would be in some ways unbalanced with lcg stuff, but if everyone is using them then it balances back out. and organized play is now up to serivtors how to run events, so they can use black border cards if they want.

as of right now the game is pretty open to whatever you wanna do.
