Some quick questions

By Mordai, in UFS Rules Q & A

Well last monday while playing we had alittle argue

1st: My friend was running Cervantes (a legacy verision) First Form F: add one card from your staging area to your momentum, add one card from your opponents staging area to their momentum. Now I just want it written out, I can respond with Makai High Noble in this situation and make him place it in my momentum, then I get to add one card from his staging area to his momentum? Because he did not want to accept that since he then had to remove 2 foundations instead of 1 :P

2. Beyond Humanity. If I Forethought, BRT his check.. will he be able to respond with this?

1. Does not work. He is not destroying a foundation.

2. If the check becomes a 2 due to your hax, yes. Otherwise, no, because it does not say "after you check a card with a printed value of 2 or less" or anything like that.

Stamps for MegaGeese.

Strange on number 1..

A foundation is removed from my staging area, isn't that to be counted as destroyed?

Moving a card to another game zone does not count as destroying it. Only effects that use the word "destroy" count for this.

Stamp again. It's only destroyed if the ability says it's destroyed.

Also, "destroy" refers to moving a card from the staging area to the discard pile .

Moving from the staging area to the momentum is not destruction.

"distroy" also means this.
