I've been reading these and wondered:

1. Does the Tekkie hover only above a solid surface or does this apply to liquids also?

2. Apart from slowing falling and (if Q1 is answered as yes, walking on liquids) what else is the point of this ability?

Also it's very usefull when playing "Floor is lava".

It should also be very good ability in minefields.
