I was wondering ...
You have to pay 1 dollar and lose 1 movement point to travel from the Arkham train station to the Dunwich train station.

What if you own the patrol wagon, can you travel instantly to Dunwich?
Or is the only way to reach Dunwich by train?

The car drives over the rails or on top of the train. Either that or across a bridge that only cops use. Either way though: car goes to Dunwich too.

Note that all use of the term "in Arkham" also refers to expansion boards. You can drive the car anywhere (except the Kingsport Head, which has special rules for entry).
