eh could put additional thoughts down and reasoning for some cards but that would seriously get me in trouble in my group...

This looks a lot like the Rera deck I was wanting to share with you the day you didn't show up (when we built/revised your bro's Astrid).

That said, it is much more of a mess as you have pointed out.

.. .

biggest problem, as always, too many assets. 11 assets in a 6 handsizer (and tri-symbol) will show you a lot of turns where you are playing fewer foundations than you need to.

i also think your attack spread is too wide, you need to pick a few select ones and build the rest of the deck around it to really kill with Rera.

we can talk about it if you bring it by sometime this week to wherever we playtest pre-nats.

ps. it's also 90+ cards in it's current format, and only 8 off symbol 'draw' cards for a 6 handsizer means you will probably be playing with the 6 handsize the whole game. Cut it down to 70 or less and run 8 main symbol draw cards or more. NEEDS MORE DRAW!!!

dropping the scrolls, but draw cards are main foundation resource. eh 6 hand size not everyone draws nearly half their deck on their second turn and drop all of their foundations during that time...

I see much more life 'only' than 'chaos' only... i.e. all of your attacks are life only. What this means is you have to separate your build and attack turns completely early on, i.e. I would expect you to play a few turns of chaos before you even start attacking.

Rera's talent is that she can attack 'early' by PUMPING checks. If you aren't dropping the 12 damage attack on them turn two on a 4 difficulty I don't think it is taking advantage of the character the way it needs to.

If you are deadset on chaos draw and bigger they are, then I suggest at least playing attacks that share chaos. And believe you me, chaos (and chaos life) have some of the best reversals (spinning backfist, demon smash, etc.). Also try Siegfried's 1 check throw (chaos and life), the 7 diff is what Rera is supposed to overcome.

Try it!

come on guys, this is probably his first deck and needs some work.

No. Actually, they know him and are acting up becuase he accused them of lack of independant thought (or severe net decking) today. <Juvenile behavior all around>

If anything is closer to the truth, the OP has built many decks, is a good deck builder, but is indecisive (i.e. there are too many 'good' cards and it is hard to decide what to leave out). Mix this with some stubborn attitude in response to his friends actually trying to point him in the right direction = the above deck is the result.

In any case, here's hoping a responsible moderator tidies up this thread.

Man, this game has a lot of immature players who just have to get their pot shots in -_-

Dutpotd unfortunately covered anything I would've said. Rera doesn't have any character-specific cards to really necessitate running her IMO.
