Ok, so multiple questions for the Kyoshiro R on A Mysterious Fighter;

1)Does re-occuring from the discard pile, momentum, or card pool qualifiy as drawing a card?

2)Can multiple copies respond to one draw effect?

3)If the form on Tough Outer Shell is played, can I still play a draw E, R, or F effect then, instead of drawing use A Mysterious Fighter R's to get the bonus?

--No. The ability has to say "draw" in it for it to count.

--Yes you may.

--I am not 100% on this one, but from how I am reading the cards, yes, you can still use it if TOS has been activated.

Almost a stamp. The ability on AMF says when you play an ability that would draw cards, draw no cards instead .. Once you resolve one copy of AMF, you cannot respond with another one because the ability will no longer draw any cards.
