So after playing mostly imperials on my local league nights I decided to branch out some, partially because I stand undefeated with imperials and I want to put some distance between my normal lists and tactics and branch out.

In my area there are usually swarms and miniswarms, some Phantoms and Dutch makes a frequent appearance. So I came up with this fun list and wondered if some things should be tweaked to put astromechs on the X wings;

Thoughts? Are there merits to taking Rookies?

Seems solid to me. 4 X's still puts out a great deal of hurt. While they may be susceptible to Phantoms and Turrets, they're still a great choice.
