Can you guess who?

By MyNeighbourTrololo, in The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game

An ally. Non-unique.

Cost: 3

Willpower: 4

Attack: 2

Defense: 1

Health: 3

No rules, so I'll say we can have anything in play... That would mean it could be anything.

You need to specify the context at least or this is like «guess the next number in the series» with «1, 2, 3, ?».

But might be fun if you define the rules.

an Ent

This ally is already released. His stats are obviously not printed, but boosted through the already released measures too.

Well, could be anything like I said...

I'll guess he have no attachment, since nor am I a stranger + sword of morthond is only for fun.

Then I am player A with 3 spirit printed heroes and player B has Boromir II with Visionary Leader.

It is a Pelargir Shipwright.

Other possibility :

Same without Boromir, but player B send me a spirit printed hero with desesperate alliance and someone has played grave cairn for +1 on him.

Other possibility :

Same but player B send me aragorn with sword that was broken and Boromir II with a resource. (not that much attack boost available)

It could be pratically any 3 cost ally this way...

Longbeard Map-Maker with Dain's boost and 2 resources spent to give him +2 willpower?

Well, I guessed Pelargir Shipwright of one player combined with Leadershit Boromir + Visionary Leadershit from another :)

My turn then ^^

"I'm a unique ally with 1 quest, 2 attack, 3 defense and 3 hitpoint, I have no attachment and someone played an event this phase. I'm the only ally at the table. Who Am I ?"

Denethor?

No explanation, that's sad, but yes.

I can be the sphere you want. Ups, spirit no. Oh wait, yes i can.

Who am i?

No explanation, that's sad, but yes.

Two injured heroes and For Gondor played.

Unique ally.

Willpower 3

Attack 3

Defense 1

Health 5

Brok Ironfist when Dain has a Hardy Leadership attached.

You're no fun :(

I can be the sphere you want. Ups, spirit no. Oh wait, yes i can.

Who am i?

Aragorn ? (I, II & III)

with celebrian stone

Yeah, perfect ^^

9 are available for the people of midle earth to use

1 for the dwarf, selfish in their cavern

1 for the cheerful who fear not death

1 for the gloomy who embrace death

2 for the strong willed may they help other to find their way safe

4 for the ones that are since the begining, sharing what they have

what are they ?

Pffffff, the Fellowship of the Ring: Gimli, Lego, Gandalf, men and hobbits

Edited by Mndela

That was a nice coincidence...

but no... the four hobbit since the begining ? sharing what ?

every word is important.

I'm quite impress that this was quite relevant to the fellowship though.

So, try again ?

The song cards!

The song cards!

Maybe...

- Currently there are 10 Song cards, not 9 (O Lorien was recently added, so there's a possibility it could have been missed).

- 1 for the Dwarf makes sense, since there's Durin Song that can be used on a Dwarf and gives a lot of stats and can be viewed as selfish.

- 1 for the cheerful who fear not death could potentially be talking about Song of Mocking. I wouldn't consider Bilbo exactly cheerful at that point though.

- 1 for the gloomy who embrace death could only be Fall of Gil-Galad, though I would say the word "embrace" is a bit strong in this case. It certainly lessens the blow though.

- Skipping ahead to the last one: 4 for the ones that are since the beginning... This would obviously be the 4 main songs from the first cycle, but honestly they are for more than just the heroes that came in the beginning.

- 2 for the strong-willed... Sounds to me like this is talking about songs that boost willpower, though there is only one. In that case it could just be referring to the Spirit sphere, in which case it makes sense. One specifically helps other players, which goes for "may they help others to find their way safe", but I don't see how Lay of the Nimrodel really matches that description.

Anyway, I could see this going either way.

Ah yes, I'm French and we didn't get O Lorien yet.... -_- so sad.

Skeez is right.

Lay of Nimrodel was a little short of helping other, but boosting quest in multiplayer help others in a way.

Everybody likes me and all people want me to stay in game. But sometimes they can't put me into play.

Well, if people want it to stay in game, it should go, so I'll say Gandalf. As he is unique, it fit the second part.
