I was kind of thinking that by the wording, but a lot of not cool people hate the third faction. Nice to know you are not one of these ridiculous haters here.

It's ok, I'm not a hater. I was a bit on the fence at first, since it's the first wave where I didn't recognize *any* ship, but the TC interview with the developers has gotten me excited about the game's future, third faction included.

I thought it was funny how Rebel Captive seemed to lose a bit of theme. You can still try to explain it, but the card was obviously meant for a thematic Empire vs. Rebel matchup (even Imp vs Imp has a sketchy explanation).

Yeah that interview was nice. X-Wing is going to be even better this time next year.

All of the officers working under my command don't bother to make the distinction between "Rebel" and "Scum"; they just call the enemy "Rebel scum!" It doesn't matter whether they were fighting for ewok rights or trading illegal spices for a profit, they get thrown in jail, interrogated and, eventually, executed, as it should be

My only challenge to you sir is that the more villainous bent scum are pretty useful... Much much cheaper to hire these guys than fly a whole Star Destroyer + escorts+ personnel to some backwater system where the real scum, Rebel terrorists, are right at home. Keeps your forces neat, tidy, efficient, and scum free.
