I was looking up cards to buy online I couldnt find Chesters Backing anywhere where did you see it? Not that I would pay for it. I also get Rejections from a Mai starter deck.
Is there a listing of what boxes gave what promos? I am new to game have no idea where all these promos came from.
is where i got the prices on chester's from. they have them in stock at the price i listed. some cards you won't find in stock unfortunately like blood runs true b/c it was a starter deck box topper. but you are in luck for the future of the game as ffg has said that no longer will box toppers be of that power level and that all the good cards will come out of packs or EASIER to get promos.

I met some nice guys at a local store who explained stuff..I heard that for each set a promo would come with the 2 promos... 1 box for packs and 1 for starter decks? True?
Is there a listing of what came with what somewhere? I found an old store that had some fully sealed starter deck boxes as well as booster boxes...I would by some boxes if i knew i could land an awesome promo. Any help?
Oh and I like your podcast, it has been interesting for me to listen too...I have been getting into Akuma and trying to assemble a good deck without going bankrupt lol. If I was going to spend 600$ on a deck id go play magic

finding out what comes in what can be done at twoheadeddragon.com and using their ufs search engine. best thing to do is go on google.com and search ufs search twoheadeddragon and click on the first search result that comes up.
as far as figuring out what promo comew with what it's all a matter of prerelease promos and box toppers. i believe two headed lists those as well as what they are. i'm not sure.
600 is not what you'll have to spend thank god, there is trading and packing the cards etc. but if you wanted it guranteed then yeah lol.
What is the asset you have listed as "Wonderworld Comics" x3 I cant seem to find that in UFS search was that an error? So i see there was like promo sets for example like SCP9 which is a 27 card set that had Chesters Backing in it. How does someone get this? Were these the cards that came with sealed boxes?
its a Teams Champ Card.
When you win US nats, CAN nats, or worlds, you get a card in your likeness. Teams get an asset.
chester's backing and the likes from the sc9p etc are promo cards that you get from participating in tournaments at your local core hobby shop. do you have a shop in your area?
You can find a picture of both (they won two events :] ) Wonderworld promos on EBay. You could also do other things there, but I can't condone that.
If you really think about it, knight breaker is really over-rated and i think many people will agree with me. I have a playset, I don't regret having them in any way, but I don't think i would use em, even my buddy told me they aren't that great if you don't death after testing with the deck and so on... Most of the time it's a 5 dif 3 check 5 dg 3 high attack.... and it takes a lot of work to pull off the combo for an extra 7 damage...
I'm agree with Sir after some playtest, I'm building a new Akuma and I think Astaroth's Attack Hadès have a strong playability and synergy with Evil. Easy to chain after a ichi no tachi or a tsurane kiri, you could pump Hadès easly over 10. The main problem is his 2 speed mid, but with CChax and another bitter rival, it could be very surprising.
in all my playtesting knight breaker has been an absolute monster as an attack in the combo and as a block to manifest off of and be able to evil plans r with to block guranteed.
are you guys running enough protection for your combo pieces? i mean srsly the combo is so fn'g easy.
Knight breaker gets all the hype cause it has evil. If running off fire (akuma?) then i like Dragon's Flame more. Hades axe + Midnight Launcher + Dragons Flame makes dragons flame 16dmg just with combo E

I do they have a casual standard league on wed. I am not sure of turnout wed is a bad day for me normally
As for the attacks I can see both of the mentioned attacks here as being really good.

Well...I have to say there's no way i can agree with you, Shajir. Breaker has done what the name of the card says for me. It's broke faces.
I definitely perfer Dragon's Flame, holy crap. I want to build a deck JUST to do something like Big Cyclone - Yugao - Sweeping Tail Strike - Dragon Flame for free, [4 base + 10+5+3 combo + 2 own E] = 5M24. Far more damage potential, but not really useful without the combo.
No really, I have em, and i don't use em. I got a playset real fast when set 12 was released, but it really is over rated, it almost got to the point where i look at the common attacks from set 12, and they seem to be more effiecient then the ultra rare. I am also not a fan of reverse flair as i see the card as not the best, but hey I'm used to really control oriented games where attacking with a string like flair/launcher/breaker will most likely make you lose the game
and it's still easy to handle and block, i don't know about your meta, but destiny is hot over here, and we don't necesarily rely on blocking to makes sure we don't die...

anyways, shajir: I am very aware of destiny, damage redux etc. akuma is good against those imo, better than most other evil characters b/c of his own hack ability to help keep destiny off the table, yes he can be baited etc. but you just have to play your game and hope for the best, nothing is guranteed in cards lol. you can get your destiny and i can get rid of it or i can't. i can get my damage out their and you can get rid of it or i can't.
I just don't see how you can say k breaker is no good and that you look at common attacks over it. it's good to be creative and stuff but you have always built evil dif at seems, look at our legacy ibuki decks last year.
Knight Breaker IS good, no doubt. I will agree with overrated, to an extent, however, because it ain't worth $45 dollars (yeah, go check CSI and let that sink in).
The high ZERO block is ridiculous, though. Shouldn't have hasd a block at all, or at least a +2 or 3. But what are you gonna do, NOT run it? xD
