Do the different Victory sub-classes perform differently? The main difference between the two was the VSD1 was focused more on assault but was slow, while the VSD2 was faster and better armed for ship to ship combat. Will this be reflected in Armada?
Victory I vs Victory II
VSD2 got blue dice instead of black dice.
Does this satisfy you?
So far the only difference we've been able to spot is a shorter range on the VSDI's secondary weapons (black dice versus blue, which also carries some tactical differences) and that it's ten points cheaper.
Edited by kerokoBlue has more acecuracy which is very important before you can cancel evades and half damage
that sums it pretty much up
What about upgrade icons? Different/more icons on VSD 2 might have bigger impact than dice colour change..
I don't think so.
On the other hand ...
Does the VSDII got a 'missile' icon on its card and VSDI don't?
Maybe your right. its in the upgrades, as well
Edited by TheRealStarkillerYeah, I noticed the difference in upgrade icons as well. I don't know if it will have a bigger impact than the dice, but it will definitely allow for diverse builds. It is possible that different load-outs will make the two ships play very differently.

I believe it is the other way around. The second to last icon is different on the VSDs.
This would make sense.
To give the VSDI maybe some sort of range 2 attack improvement until it is in range 1
we'll see
Where did you see that we would get cards for both versions? Thanx
It shows both of the cards in the Team Covenant demo video.
Lore wise, the Vicky or Vic 1 is armed with 90 concussion missile launcher, and a few turbos, while also containing a very slow primitive engine system. The Vicky Deuce gets a state of the art engine system, and replaces concussion missile launchers with several more turbos.
Judging from videos I've seen of the demo the VSD I has what may be an ordnance slot while the VSD II clearly has an ion or secondary weapon slot.

Makes sense because one of the differences between the two is that the VSD-I has turbolasers and missile launchers while the VSD-II packs Turbolasers and Ion Cannons
