i'm gonna guess that the new Blanka's in there, and maybe Ken or Ukyo (simply because they've seemed to have snuck into booster packs relatively recently so they should be coming soon, kinda like what happened to promo Vega)... but its just my hunch... hopefully the venue i scout at will get their Dec prizes in tomorrow so i can scan whatever the new promos are...
Will i ever seen something before you do? lol

Heel Snipe!
heel snipe?
I found it on the old forums (the brit's place of wonders)
Heel Snipe
Air/Good/Life/Void
6/3 +0H
4L5
Reversal Weapon
Static Effect: When this card is played as an attack, commit any card and enhances during this attack may not be negated or cancelled
Anyone know what the Characters listed above do? I haven't seen any of them in packs around here. (Blanka, Ken, and Ukyo)
Well we still have stuff like lotus garden and 2 shadow war characters to see as well .
spoilers for the characters i mentioned have been posted on the older FFG forums somewhere... for those who are too lazy to look, here they are =P (i'm not sure of the # of dots the Ken and Blanka have, and the Ukyo's spoilers were from memory so they may or may not be exactly right)
Ken
6HS
28VIT
Earth Good Void
E Commit: This attack gets -X damage. X equals half of this attacks damage (rounded down).
F Commit: Your opponent gains X Vitality, Commit X of your opponents Foundations, X may not be Greater than your opponents maximum vitality minus their current vitality
Blanka
7HS
20VIT
Chaos Death Fire
F: Add the top 3 cards of your deck to your momentum. Your turn ends.
E Discard 1 Momentum: If this attack deals damage, your next attack this turn gets +2 damage.
::Ukyo
Good Void Water
7HS 20Vit
F Commit, discard 1 momentum: Discard all cards in your card pool. Only playable if you have atleast 5 cards in your cardpool.
E Commit, discard 1 card played as a block: Reduce the damage of this attack to 0. Only playable during your opponent's attack.
First thing I want to say about Ken: when in the Hell is he going to get 2 consistant symbols? Seriously, his first two incarnations had All and Void, which was later applied to the Domination one. His Extreme Rivals versions had Fire and Void. Both promos have Good and Void. Holy crap, pick 2 **** symbols and stick with them!
Second thing I want to say about Ken:
Brok-
en
E Commit: Your opponent's attack is reduced by half (rounded down). Unless they meant it's reduced by half of its printed damge, in which case it'd be crap, the way it's worded, your opponent's attack is reduced to half its damage (rounded down). ZOMG, FINALLY ARROGANT AND INSOLENT MATTERS!
But that's the least of his brokenness...
F Commit: Your opponent gains X vitality. Commit X of your opponent's foundations. X may not be greater than their maximum vitality minus their current vitality.
Lets say your opponent's max is 18, and they're at 9. The difference therefore is 9. Once again, from the way it appears, you can shoot them all the way back up to 18 to commit 9 of their foundations? Wow, way to kill the opponent: send them to full only to fully tap them? Couple this with Assassination Arts, ggkthx. Now, maybe it means the vitality first, then the "greater than" part kicks in, but X isn't even defined until the end of the effect, so once again, it appears to me like the F is just return your opponent to full vitality, then tap them out. Broken.
The new Ukyo supposedly reads:
::Ukyo
The E doesnt seem to make sense to me. Should it read "Discard 1 card which has a block" versus "Discard 1 card played as a block"? If it is indeed "1 card played as a block", does this mean you would need to recur your block to your hand in order to use the E?

it would looks like that:
simple as that. it might also works on your opponent's reversal, since it dosen't says from your card pool
the exact wording for Ukyo's 2nd effect probably includes "in your card pool" in its cost, otherwise it wouldn't make much sense as you pointed out...
From the post on the old forums Ken's Form ability says "your opponent commits x foundations" not " commit x of your opponents foundations" either way it's really good but if they get to choose then it's not completely broken, just almost. And I totally agree with the statement made about can he please get 2 consistent symbols. lol. it's pretty krazy that Void is the only consistent thing through all of his character versions.
It looks like were finally getting down to the good stuff. Blanka, Ken, Ukyo, and Rock Howard are all amazing. If we don't get at least one of those I'll be upset.

Rock howard is so crack I cant wait for him he is a card draw ***** like Alex
.
The thing with Ken (and subsequently Ryu) is that, if I remember hearing right... In the comics they go out and learn all sorts of different kinds of martial arts in an attempt to better themselves. As such, the different symbol spreads on each toon. Void seems to represent the Shotokan training, as all of the Ryu clones have it (Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura, Sean (I think one of them has void), Dan)

It wouldn't have to. You still can't pay costs with your opponent's side of the board.
Also, I'd say Ken comes close enough to being Good/Void. Characters skirt around it sometimes. Chun-Li is "Air/Water" based but slid a bit out of that when her Promo was Air/Chaos/Earth, then subsequent versions came with Air/Chaos/Water and Air/Earth/Water. Most recurring characters are like this.
Hell, Ken has it way better than some, like Leona. Her original, promo version had a Good-specific ability, and all she shares with her new self is Earth. Same deal with Xianghua and Life. There's even been at least 1 character who's shared NO symbols between their first two versions.

You're reffering to promo luise + promo billy kane in comparison to their pack versions.

technically there have been 3 characters to share no symbols back to their Promo versions.
*Ivy* [all/good/life] (though **Ivy** shared water back) -> ***Ivy*** [Death/Evil/Water]
*Luise* (death/good/void) -> **Luise** (air/life/water)
*Billy Kane* [All/Chaos/Death] -> **Billy Kane** [Air/Good/Water] though w/o spoiling anything the new billy shares back to the promo version.
Ukyo i see being good in legacy with his first promo stacked to him, rush down, clear card pool, rinse repeat. The other ability... meh discard a card from my card pool to use a Prince of Darkness... not overwhelming enough for me to play.
Ken = dumb... nuff said, he only has to look out for anti-commital effects.
Blanka - i see a couple good builds with him on Momentum Rush, though we'll have to see what the next 2 sets do to help him get better.

Perhaps you guys would like to hear about promo Mitsurugi, Donovan and Victor while we're all here discussing
(Picked them up at Street Fighter Nationals along with Ken and Blanka, am hoping I'm not being bad by telling people, I mean, all us Brits have seen them)
Donovan:
Death/Fire/Order 6/27
First F: Add 1 Hunter Token to your character card. Until the beginning of your next turn, progressive difficulty is doubled.
First F: Remove X Hunter Tokens from your character card. Until the end of your turn, your attacks get +x damage.
Victor:
Death/Order/Void 5/32
At the beginning of each players Combat Phase, that player commits X of their foundations. X equals the number of Bolt Tokens on this character card.
E Commit: Add or remove 1 Bolt token from this character card.
Mitsurugi:::
All/Fire/Void 6/28
E Commit all of your foundations: If your attacks damage is currently double or greater than it's printed damage, reduce that attacks damage to 0. Return your vitality to it's printed value and ready all of your foundations. Only playable if you have 1 or more ready foundations.
I think all 3 of these are insanely beautiful. Mitsurugi + Multiples or Fight OR Flight = Win (not to mention Nefarious Deeds). Donovan + Forethought lock = Potential NPE. Victor + Reanimated = win (as always). Once I work out how to post pictures on these forums, I can try and scan these for you, along with Ken and Blanka. Don't hate me FFG, I just wanted to share the love with everyone :*(

oh boy... that is BOTH player's prog is doubled right? thank god there are no cards that give "hunter" tokens for him or he would be busted with the other First F. Hmm Fire/Order... i see some ideas with him.

Wow, am i the only one that sees the amazing synergy with him and his other two stacked onto him, ok i ready then commit a lot of cards, then i first F to make us commit everytime we play a form, i pass your go. Next turn just loop stuff if possible as reversals.

so lemme get this straight... I play something like Jumping Shotei twice, use its e on the second one, then commit myself out go back to full then ready all my cards... ok... shouldnt he read "E: Commit, commit all of your foundations: ability"... rinse repeat if he's throwing reversals too... All/Fire is good 6/28 is awesome Void is the icing on the cake... good god if someone actualy stacks all 5 of the mitsurugi's on this bad boy too (not including first promo or rare ofcourse)
N.J.
Mitsurugi counts as a foundation for his cost, so he commits, but isn't a foundation for his effect, so he comits, but doesn't ready, hence the mention of Nefarious Deeds.
Some of the listed chars Im not sure were ever supposed to end up in peoples hands I had thought, so I wouldn't get too excited about a few of those promos.
I'm pretty excited about the Rock Howard, and the Balanka should be excellent, the Ken I think is good, but a touch overratted.
