Here's the thing...of course I want Thrawn and dozens of others. But if Star Wars EU licensing is anything like Star Trek licensing, it's unlikely. Here's why: In Star Trek, they would often invent a new character rather than tie in an old one because they didn't want to pay royalties to the creator. I know, how petty is that? If using Thrawn means they have to pay something to Timothy Zhan, I can totally see them passing, because they are greedy selfish dicks.

Honestly, if someone creates a great character who is accepted and loved by the fans, can't you hollywood assclowns throw them a bone now and again?

Truce at Bakura was the first Star Wars Novel I ever read, way back when. For some reason I always wanted to be an Imperial as a kid, but like a nice one. So the (brief) team up made me happy.

Eh, I'd rather they not include Thrawn at all if they're not going to adapt the trilogy. It'd just feel wrong.

The Wild Karrde would make a nice Epic ship, though I expect to see it in Armada if anywhere. Karrde as a crew card definitely needs to happen for Scum, and probably will.

No hopes for Episode 7. Lucas was already too much Disney, now the Dark Side has won. They will all join evil Walt in hell, where he is punished for what he did for McCarthy and to the brothers Grimm.

I think I'd be satisfied with anything as long as it doesn't have much lens flare.
