Just wondering how everybody else handles this. A Psyker PC has the firebolt power (although this question could relate to any number of direct attack type powers) with enough overbleed he can be shooting up to 4 bolts with one activation. In this situation do i treat all firebolts as seperate attack rolls to hit ? (Firebolt requires Willpower test for this) or do you use a bastardisation of the semi auto rules ?
Psyker Semi Auto Burst ?

Each fire bolt would require a separate roll to hit. Treat it like you would Lightning Attack or Swift Attack (note this also means that an enemy can only dodge one of the bolts, unless they have the Step Aside Talent).
Edited by ColAranaPersonally I've ruled that you don't need to roll to hit with these powers, as you don't need to do that with Bio-Lightning, and I could never see why the various disciplines were treated differently here. Makes for less dice-rolls and less wussy Psykers

In fairness. Bio Lightning doesn't have a 100 meter range, or a Threshold of 11.

And not the added effect of fire. We all know how nasty that stuff is.

Good points. Perhaps I need to reconsider
Back to the point at hand, I agree with Col Arana on this one.
Treat it like swift/lightning attack. Yeah, it is more rolls, but it could have some awesome consequences.

Agreed! This is how my groups handle it. Separate shooting attacks. As they are part of the same power being used.
