This has to be first forum post in the history of the internet where a forum user truly apologize for their behaviour. Maybe there is hope for humanity after all? Seriously though, I'm pretty sure that we are all d*cks from time to time. Just don't let it become a habit.

Been there, done that. When I notice myself doing that, I need to start examining why I'm doing it. It might be as small as not getting enough sleep. It might be that I'm in a bad place emotionally. It might simply be that I'm hanging around assholes and they're rubbing off on me. It might be that I'm spending too much time in front of my computer. The important thing, for me, is that I don't stop at "I made a mistake", but rather to figure out "how can I minimize the chance of making that mistake again?"
And yes: I am absolutely speaking from direct, personal experience with that one. Maybe my experience will be helpful to you.

I think the tone in he forum has become darker. People are quick to get snippy, but people are also being REALLY, REALLY, REALLY annoying lately with regurgitating the same thread topics or posting obnoxiously (greetings).
I actually like your particular degree of snark. Snark keeps stupid in check.
As an offset, the paint job threads lately have been particularly good.

Fwiw, I really didn't pick up on it. Granted, it's felt like everybody's been irritable since the other game was announced, as well as the reaction to GenCon. Hopefully that will subside, and we can all get back to our normal banter.
