How does one load a video? The Help menu is confusing

The "Special BBCode" button is on the top row, third from the left. It's the blue/white button with the green bar. Under the BBCode selection, you'll want "Media". Paste in your youtube link to the memo field labeled "Media URL" hit "OK" and you got it.
