E Commit, discard 1 card played as a block from your card pool: Reduce this attacks damage to 0. Only playable during your opponents attack..

My question is, when Ukyo uses his E to discard the card from the card pool can you then use A&I to ready him...

Why yes, indeed you can.

as long as the attack was not < 0 at the time you play his E. Because then you are not really reducing the dmg.

But yeah, unless Hilde is across the table from you it should always work, lol.
