Promos are Valuable So Far

By Jvirtue55, in Warhammer 40,000: Conquest

I was just looking on ebay today

The Blood Angels Promo is already over 40 dollars with 6 days to go and 9 Bids

The Playmat is listed at 200 (no bids)

Promo Markers 50 dollars (No Bids)

Is this value because it was at Gen Con and no one could go or do LCGs promos have some solid value?

I sold 3 Netrunner promos of Melange Mining Corp and 14 acrylic tracking tokens on ebay last week for $81. They have value every so often.

Just search "40k conquest" on ebay, they should come up.

Usually the Gencon and Regionals promos for games hold value because there are less of them. Game kit promos usually don't that much because there are so many of them available. The exception is Melange and Crypsis from Netrunner kit 1 because so few were ordered that there are quite a few less of them in circulation. Take a look at the Netrunner Eli 1.0 and Personal Security Force promos for Netrunner that are both going for over $150 now.
