Ok, so I know that you cannot do the same action twice during the action phase. So, a RGUARD with PTL cannot boost twice during the ACTION phase. However, Turr allows you to make a free boost action after his combat phase. Can he boost and then boost again?

No. Even if the action is free, you can still only perform that action once.

If you boost in the activation phase, you cannot boost in the combat phase. Action rules apply to the whole round.

Yup you can only do one action of that type once per turn AFAIK.

With ptl you could be rolling into arc, focusing for your hit and then boosting out of arc again... potentially.

The stress from using PTL to perform two actions would prevent the use of the free action.

Yep. That's why you want to use PTL on Turr AFTER he does his free boost/barrelroll.

So it would, well pointed out. It's midnight here. I'm not firing on all cylinders!

I normally move him in, focus, then Boost/Barrel roll with PTL. This combo is fantastically mobile and a lot of fun for frustrating your opponents and I can't recommend it enough.

I think i'm used to using PTL more with tycho, and im sure he can do actions even when stressed. Again its late and the cards are downstairs.
