If the Outrider got hit with a crit while it is equipped with the Outrider title and uses a HLC and receives the WEAPON MALFUNCTION, does the HLC get 1 attack less or just the normal primary weapon.

My opinion.... no since HLC is still the scondary weapon.

You're right. The HLC is a secondary weapon so it is unaffected.

Not that bad actualy since the outrider title only disables primary weapon as long as you actualy have a secondary weapon equiped. It's allmost as if some one thought about that when they designed the card
