Right before Gen Con started (so about 6-7 days ago), I noticed that the home page of FFG's website no longer showed the Home, Forums, or Sign In links in the upper right hand corner.

Everything else remained the same. I actually need to go into some sub page to make all three of those show up, and allow me to log in.

This is happening for me using Chrome, but I also tested Firefox and IE to eliminate it being a browser issue. All of them have this problem.

I submitted this to FFG's website master about a week ago but have not heard back.

Is this happening to anyone/everyone else?

I noticed that too a few days ago, and that was after a time when I could not access the forums at all for a good hour or so, so my conclusion is that FFG brought the forums down to release whatever change they made, and what you experienced is probably part of it. Sounds like it was planned.

These objects display as soon as I enter any forum.

On a side note, I cannot copy/paste text on these forums nor can I quote any post any longer. It's been like this since this morning. I don't know if more people have the same issues.

Copy/Paste seems odd. It's changing the colors.

I experienced the same missing icons, even when I accessed the site from my phone. It's a problem with the site rather than with any specific browser, but I don't know what caused it.

I am pretty sure that this issue came about almost at the same time as the site became very unresponsive, and then the Imeprial Assault pre-screen came up. At that point, I no longer saw Home, Forums, or Sign In any longer on the home page.

Given that Gen Con was going on, I guess FFG and the webmaster probably needs a few days to catch up and address the issue. It is possible that they have some form of outage window within which they plan on rectifying the issue.

I don't seem to have any issues quoting or copy/pasting text.

I had this issue too.

I emptied the cache of my explorer as often as it took to fix the problem (about 2-3 times).
