So far I have the following in my collection:
Imperial:
8 Tie Fighters
2 Tie Advanced
6 Tie Interceptors
2 Firesprays
3 Shuttles
5 Bombers
3 Phantoms
3 Defenders
Rebel:
5 X-Wings
3 Y-Wings
4 A-Wings
2 Falcons
2 B-Wings
2 Hwks
7 Z95s
2 E-Wings
With the last Battlefoam sale I decided to move from Plano to foam. After almost 2 months I finally got my product. It was a Custom load out Shield bag. 3 custom trays and 1 pluck foam, all are 2 inches thick. When desigining the trays I didn't put much thought in the 2" depth. Turns out I could have fit all my ships in 2 custom trays (you can easily stack 3 Z95s or Y-Wings in one slot) and had 2 pluck foam trays. Besides that, I am very happy with how it turned out. I can carry my whole fleet (minus Tantive and Transport) and everything needed to play in the bag, including upgrade cards (minus playmat and small 4 card binder with pilot cards). It also has 4 pockets that you can use to carry a rulebook, templates etc. After shipping it was about $75. Pics below:

Hopefully this helps others decide if they want to invest in Foam.
