Ah I took the intent of what you wrote in a different way. Squinting at that picture after blowing it up a lot, yeah I can see that being a cameo of the Wild Karrde in the same way there are a couple YT-1300s parked on the left of the shot. Just like they put the Outrider into the background of Tatooine in the special in a bad way edition. Considering you see it in all of one shot though I don't understand why you think it needs saving for a prequel game that may or may not ever happen, it's a very prominent EU ship from the novels in the classic era.Maybe you can tell me what ship that is in the top picture in the bottom right corner? It's been suggested it looks like the Wild Karrde and I tend to agree since the nose has the same drop and the overall shape. I'm not saying it was invented by George Lucas for the Prequels, I'm suggesting it could be reserved for a prequel faction huge ship. I'll have to take another closer look - it's also possible I need new glasses.
I was not aware until I dug a little deeper for info on this ship that it is a prequel ship.
since when? it's from the Heir to the Empire from 1991, way before the prequels happened.
Scum & Villainy Huge & Epic
Oh FFS, knew I shouldn't have looked here, at least 3 of those ships have just gone on the 'to build' list <face palm>
Just out of curiousity, how about letting us in on your choices,
unless they're a secret??
Has to be the Wild Karrde . The ship looks great, and is a major player in some of the EU's most popular works.
I have an Interceptor Class Frigate in my games
And soon enough Ill also have an Action Transport

That's an amazing paint job; Did you do that yourself?
This ship just keeps growing on me more and more.

I painted it myself, the miniature is 3d printed.
Here is the Action VI transport:
I think they should release the Action IV as a carry case.
I think they should release the Action IV as a carry case.
I am not sure if you are joking or not, but in all seriousness, a huge ship that was hollow would make for good storage if it was big enough.
That was joking, a little.
It does look a bit like a suitcase.
The Wild Karrde looks more like a dust buster than a suitcase.
Haven't given up on this.
Stumbled upon this in the first Jedi Academy trilogy novel:
The garrison on Kessel's moon spewed fighters, dozens of rejuvenated battle craft, armored freighters, slim, and heavily armed X-wings, and TIE fighters. Many of the ships must have been damaged during the recent war and then salvaged...
Another wing of fighters strafed them, then roared by, leaving a gap to their rear as the huge Lancer frigate closed the distance. A wave of system-patrol craft and Carrack cruisers followed ready to bring a full armada of turbolasers to bear...
Ah-ha, found it... http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Doole's_Defense_Fleet
Incidentally, I got to have some of those Hornet-class interceptors, they are just too cool.

Edited by SithShadowPirate...the Carrack-class light cruiser, Lancer-class frigate. and the IPV-1 System Patrol Craft... Since they don't fit that well as Imperial ships, I think they would make better S&V Huge ships.
Can't disagree with you more. How do they "not fit well"? The Lancer, Carrack, and IPV-1 have been referenced in media for two decades, and are far more Imperial than the KOTOR-looking Gozanti, fan-art Vigil, or blatant mistake of a Tartan. Realistically to face the CR90 the Imperials should expect little more than the Customs Corvette and maybe the CSA's Marauder corvette or Etti-class patrol cruiser. Ships of this size just weren't their thing; corvettes and gunships don't fit into the paradigm of the Tarkin doctrine.
S&V could potentially be any transport, but several are clear front-runners: Lady Luck, Wild Karrde, Hyperspace Marauder, Hound's Tooth, Otana ... The fact that in several instances a merc group got their hands on a ship doesn't make it worthy of S&V, especially when there are more than enough examples of S&V ships to choose from. Your example of Kessel's garrison is one of a very well-equipped group defending a highly lucrative area using recently-salvaged warships, and would IMO not at all represent a common pirate force.

Thanks! I like it the most out of all the possible S&V ships.
Dude! That ship looks so boss! I NEED IT!
I'd buy that(/those) in a heartbeat!
I'm unfamiliar with the recent EU, but the ship on the right looks more like a personal attack craft than a large cruiser. But given the swarming fighters surrounding them both.. Obviously it's much larger than it looks.
Edit: I think it's the oversized (is there such a thing?) Weapons on the rear and the cockpit looking panel at the front.
I'd still buy them. .

Yup I got to fix all of that yet.
I was just being lazy and used the HISS tank picture guns and all, because I did not feel like painting them out just to get a concept image done for my planning stage of the project. I did remove the tanks treads, because well... they kinda had to go to get some idea of the model as a ship.

Wow, I'm surprised at how much info your relayed in this post while at the same time making so much of it contradictory.
(1) "Don't fit the Tarkin doctrine" or... "have been referenced in media for two decades."
(2) "would IMO not at all represent a common pirate force" ...yet we're talking about huge ships, capital ships, so who would.
If I were to agree with the last, I would be admitting that S&V shouldn't have huge ships.
Lady Luck is 50 meters IMO not in the running.
Otana is smaller than the Falcon so definitely not a huge ship candidate either.
Hound's Tooth is, at 62 meters, at a really awkward size for the game, scale choice wise,
but since there are three scales I could see them doing a fourth.
Hyperspace Marauder is probably the best size as the could match the CR90 scale.
I'd buy that(/those) in a heartbeat!

You don't have to draw them out from scratch, just copy them, shrink them, and then paste them back on.
We were talking about the Hound's Tooth in another thread. The official size for the Hounds Tooth is 47,4m long. That makes pretty much a Large ship.
In the Clone Wars episode Bounty, you can see they made it smaller than before.
