If I fly Vader in a squad without a swarm, his standard is Outmaneuver and Engine Upgrade.

Outmaneuver will be better than Predator on Vader + EU.

It's hard to put a TIE/A in lists nowadays, But Vader is the best way to do it. I agree that Outmaneuver is better for Vader.

And try sensor jammer or rebel captive on Whisper instead of Recon.
