Nope, you can only ever perform the same action once, so you can't use Lando twice.
No, because Experimental Interface only works on Actions. Lando's ability isn't an action.
Just want to point out that above two posts aren't actually correct... The issue isn't that you can't preform the same action twice. It's that EI doesn't work with Lando's ability.
In theory you could use Lando's ability unlimited times, if there was a way to trigger it again, or EI worked differently.

Yes, this way works, and can conceivably give you three focus tokens. You can receive a "token" as many times as you can find to allow it, but you can only ever perform each "action" once.

Yes, in a way Experimental Interface is like a modification version of Push the Limit.
Yes. You can't do the same action twice, but assigning something gets around the action rule.
