Hulking Brutes response says "R commit; After you play a foundation draw two cards, you cannot draw anymore cards this turn." can this response be stacked to draw pairs of cards or is it only limited to the one play?

And also a simple question of effects; you can choose the order of which will take effect first right?

You will only get the benefit of one Hulking Brute at a time as it says you can't draw anymore cards after this effect resolves. Now if you drew cards with say, Turn it On and Hulking Brute... Yeah that would work.

You respond with Hulking Brute 1

Hulking Brute 1 resolves completely; you draw cards, and the card-drawing restriction is placed.

Your opponent gets a chance to resolve you playing your foundation.

You can respond with Hulking Brute 2

Hulking Brute 2 resolves completely; you attempt to draw cards but are forbidden by the first Hulking Brute, then HB2 places a restriction on drawing cards.

You and your opponent keep going back and forth until you both pass consecutively.
