I'm sure that most aliens have an orifice of some kind (for men), or some kind of appendage (for women), so interspecies relations are certainly possible.

Well, the Demiurg and Squats are different. The Squats were abhumans, the space dwarves. The Demiurg not so much.

Speaking of getting insta-banned i mentioned the Star Child in my RT game the other day and nobody batted an eye lash...
As for xenos coitus, no i wasn't thinking like compiling a definitive list for use in games, just to point out that if that's what a player or character is interested in then they should be ignoring the major tabletop races for the most part.

Abhumans aren't exactly aliens so "going Kirk" would be accepted (ie not get you burned imediatly as a xenohumper).

The fact that some people enjoy the thing with ears isn't the same thing as it being "erogenous ears" that some have, some don't.
Xenology suggests that eldars do, in fact, have erogenous ears.

No for example ferengi in star trek are a race that all have erogenous ears, there may be some that don't they wouldn't be the norm.
Humans most certainly don't have a 95%+ erogenous ear rate, so can't really be classed as having them.
Elder may well do though I've not read enough fluff on them to know for sure, but it makes a kind of sense based on them having better senses than humans and having at one joint birthed a god through their decadence...
