Flames of Fame Vs a negated action.

By Son Gopaul, in UFS Rules Q & A

Q: Can I respond with Flames of Fame on my action card if it has been negated?

Since the card has been negated, the ability does not resolve. Does this mean I can't use FoF, or does the ability resolve with no effect (so I can FoF)?

The ability resolves to no effect, so you can FOF. Otherwise as soon as an ability was canceled the game would stall, because you can't perform another form until the current one has resolved.

**STAMP**

How does this interact with attacks discarded from the card pool during the enhance step? Do the attacks being aborted count as "Resolved"

Yep.

The form of playing the attacks is resolved.

The attack sequence itself was aborted.

Ah, I getcha. So without resolution, the game would break.

At least I don't need to worry about Seal of Cessation so much now!

Thanks for the quick replies!
