Well, I don't know what size they went off of, but according to wookieepedia the 2400 is 18.65 meters long, and the 1300 is 34.75 meters long so it seems about the right size. But it is quite a bit smaller.

I gotta admit, I've liked the Outrider since I read about it in Shadows, but seeing it done well is even better. This Decimator is outright awesome though. it just needs some personal touches. and I just printed off a bunch of decals lol.
