Hey, im actually starting to enjoy this one. Its a bit of a change from the 70 threads whining about wich ships are and arent coming out in wich games. and confusing the f*ck out of me with huge and epic (srsly? the tantive IV is huge? then whats a SD suposed to be?- ugh head hurtz)

Except we all owe China massive amounts so they'd drown us then collapse themselves because all their economy is based around export these days, then we'd be trading chickens for our tie fighters.

Nobody abused anybody, I honestly am more annoyed by the yay-sayers than the nay-sayers. Not looking forward to the WHY NO IMPERIAL EPIC!!?? threads either .

The scyk featuring on a card as the main ship was a really big clue though.

But instead of going hmm maybe and giving it a fair consideration instead it was dismissed out of hand, there were perfectly logical reasons to suspect but we were mocked for using reason and limited evidence to make a prediction.

You weren't really mocked, it still doesn't hold water. It's like the theory FFG spoils ships from the next waves in card sfrom the previous waves.

I'm not saying you have to- I'm just keeping score...

I wanted to create a spot where all those who were endlessly abusive towards forum members that dared speculate the impeding addtion of a 3rd faction, could come forth and apologize for their trolling, flaming, and general abuse.

And here's why.

In this debate, opionions were thrown out. Some wrong (Yes, like mine) and so e right, maybe jot 100% but we'll move past that.

Abuse and rudeness did happen, I know both sides were frustrated for various reasons, and for similar reasons. Peop, e are stubnprn when they get an idea in their head. It happens, we move on.

I was vocal about my opinion on this, but I also said I could be wrong. That I was, was a small bit of surprise. That said, I do like the ships they are brining out, and am disappointed that others weren't in the mix, but those might come out later still.

Bottom line for me, we all have our opinions and we all can get voracious in our defense of our view, when faced with opposition.

Finally, expectations of apologies is asking a bit much.

I made my own thread to apologize. I wasn't mean to anybody tho, and i did it on a jest and to express my happiness at being wrong.

I wonder what would happen if you'd make a "thread asking people to apologize" on 4chan...

I'm sure as h3ll not go try and find out.

I'm actualy suprised how civil the FF forum is so far. If you go on videogame fora or youtube we'd be up to death threat nr 76 by now... I supose it is because we are all baordgamers* here and we are more used to direct interactions (read: knowing what not to say so the guy next to you doesn't punch you in the head).

* and card gamers and minature gamers, you get my drift.

This forum has gotten much less civil over the past six months or so. Maybe its that there's a lot more players now. Look, I love hate and anger as much as the next Sith, but can we all just chill and respect our differences of opinion and desire for certain ships.

How about we just blindly speculate on the wave 6 ships for now.

For the record, I'm not trolling. I'm being serious. Some people in this community were completely out of hand in the past months and I think an apology from them would do wonders to calm things down on these forums.

Correction, to calm you down. You are pretty much the only one requiring those apologies. And you would be more succesful sending privates to those persons on a civilized manner instead.
