I wasn't ever abusive, but I just didn't think it would happen, they would need to of devoted an entire wave to the new faction and it would constantly play catch up. I was all for the idea of subfactions like corsec or corellians or something.

I'm going to stop buying x-wing...and everything else that they make...then they'll go out of business....then wave 6 will never see the light of day....!!!! (then I'll buy the waves I missed out during my embargo on at a "going out of business" discount)

Hell, S&V is basically what I structured my Rebs to be anyway. I like the idea of a CorSec/Corporate Sector police force in the future too. As long as it doesn't go the 40k way of having upwards of eight factions I'll be happy. 3-4 factions is enough diversity.

I'm sorry that people who need to make apology threads are too thin skinned to just enjoy being right. I expected a third faction, but I expect no apologies. I'm psyched for the announcement and smug because I was right. That's all I need.

You know... you love something good and see people being schmucks to you and everybody who also love the same thing. This is a remnant from our distant past, and it makes some of us very unpleasant to be around.

I do not think we who got our speculations correct should be overly bitter toward most of the people here that really did go out on a limb to beat our love and enthusiasm out of us.

It is sad to know that many of these few people are never happy in life. If they get over the ape they still cherish deep within their wretched hides they might be able to learn how to be happy.

I'll admit that my faith in the 3rd faction was pretty shattered at the end. The debate was asinine. (The use of the word 'logic'! ugh!) But now it's over.

Long live the third faction - long enough to come into my glorious imperial crosshairs as I stamp your villainy out of existence!

(But, seriously, I'm so buying at least the Scum & Villainy expansion. I don't know about the other stuff, though.)

Now just to make it clear, I wasn't in the shouldn't happen camp, I was in the middle where I didn't think it would happen but I'd be glad it did, but sheesh some people have attitudes.
