Hey can someone answer a quick question? What does Magnitude mean under duties on the second page of the character sheet?

The sheet has Type then Magnitude underneath it.

It refers to the number amount of that Duty.

If your character has 15 points of Recruitment duty, the "Type" is "Recruitment" and the "Magnitude" is "15".
