Just to be sure about the cost and effect of that card, somebody could explains it.

"E Commit: Each player adds 2 cards from their momentum to their hand then adds 2 cards from their hand to their momentum."

the cost is commiting the card. the effect is that both players take 2 cards from their momentum and put them in their hand. i cant remember which one is right but:

1 only if both players add 2 cards to their momentum do both players add 2 cards from their hand to their momentum

or

2 each player has a seperate condition so if they add 2 cards they add 2 cards from their hands to their momentum

commit the card.

Then if both players have 2 or more momentum, they add 2 cards to their hand from momentum, then put 2 cards from hand into momentum.

If 1 or more player had 1 or fewer momentum, both players add as much momentum (up to 2) that they can to their hand. Then since both players did not add 2 momentum to their hand (one player had fewer than 2, remember) the second part (the putting of cards from hand to momentum) does not happen.

So If your opponent has 1 or 0 momentum its a great way to add 2 cards from your momentum to your hand :)
