Run him with Tycho and 4 Headhunters.

It's not the worst thing to put on Arvel, but he still doesn't work well. When he uses his ability he's probably forfeited an action due to bumping, and you lose a lot of potency that way.

Intimidation would be best on a better blocker than Arvel, which is tough because ships with EPTs aren't low PS. The lowest is the Green squadron pilot, which is also a decent candidate for intimidate.

I like intimidate on a named B-wing with the enhanced sensors upgrade, maybe Dantels. You won't be able to shoot what you block, so it's tricky to pull this off and still fire. You would need to cause a traffic jam, so that your enemy bumps into your ships, then because of that bumps his own. But the payoff could be worth it for the rest of your squad.
