Spend 2 destiny, make a <><><> Education roll. Success = gain some previously unknown valuable information pertaining to the current situation (with GM discretion)
The upgrades include reducing the destiny costs, removing any [] die, reducing the difficulty to <><>, adding [] to the roll, replacing Education with another KNOW skill, spending triumph to get an additional important fact, and using the ability twice in one game.
