the basic idea is that the decimator can go decimate, do the ramming damage if its beneficial and reveal the dials of pilots for the phantoms so I don't decloak into a disadvantageous position.

so feel free to tear it apart, I've been trying to find a way to make sigma useful compared to whisper or echo, since imperials don't have much in the mid 20s that I like other than shuttles.
