Im very impressed with the fire power and survivability. The hard part will be taking out a phantom. What do you guys think? Anyone run a similar squad? Think itll stand up to Wave 4?

Well, that all depends on if you meet up with a good Phantom player.

When faced off against the Phantom you will need to break up the formation flying and try to get those firing arcs out there to pick them off. I think it could work, try it out and let us know how it does!

I mean, I've ran quite a few lists with shuttles, some with Engines, some without, so lots of experience moving them around the board, which isn't all that hard once you consider all the stall tactics possible. As long as another ship is around to bait, shuttle will have time to come into arc, or at least clog up the field.

I'm just upset I never thought of this before. It's so simple of a concept, and the pts fit perfectly.

Phil, I gotta say... It sounds dangerous and mean. Knowing how you play shuttles, I could see it being competent. But... at the same time, I could see it getting destroyed. I know I would slow roll like usual, force your shuttles to engage in the 'roids, then fast ball it, targeting the TIEs. I would presumably suffer ~50pts of damage by the time I take all of them out, but I would expect several turns where neither, or just 1, shuttle has a shot as I chase them down. So... Yeah...
