Hi, I just started playing the game, and have some rules questions I hope you guys don't mind answering.

1. Can a disk that is pinning another disk in the next turn move off of that disk?

2. If a disk can move OFF of a disk, can that disk move off and move back on dealing impact damage?

3. I read somewhere that you could use the measuring stick to premeasure movement. This is not something that I want to do, but is this allowed?

1. Yes. Provided that the pinning disk has not already been activated.

2. Yes.

3. Yes. However Page 4 of the Tournament Rules state:

Measuring
Players should not abuse the pre-measurement rule to slow the pace of play or interrupt an opponent’s action.
