I have a lot of spreadsheets and scripts for this game, but not one like that!

BattleScribe is a free squad builder that runs completely offline. You need to download the program or app and the X-Wing files, but once you do, you can build offline to your heart's content. There are versions for PC or Mac desktop, Android, or iOS.
The X-Wing files will be completely up to date in minutes - I just updated and uploaded all the new spoilers, I'm just waiting for it to trickle through to the hosting site.

I really like your squadbuilder, with the way it saves, and it's nice for new players because you can see the pilots without picking the ships first. My only small critique is that I wish the upgrades (Elite Talents etc.) were in alphabetical order to find them easier.
I've got the old board game geek one that I downloaded during wave 3's spoiler season that had an inventory system. I found the inventory system clunky so I removed it, and have updated it all the way through scum and villainy. unfortunately, it's on my computers at work, which I won't have access to until wednesday
